"Tricked-out" Tank Top

Here's my latest crafting adventure.

I picked up this basic white tank top a few weeks ago, and have been trying to decide how I should embellish it for little LuLu.


Well, I finally decided to use up some scraps of knit that I had laying around.  A few ruffles and gathers later, and this is what I ended up with.......
